Middlebury Community Television now has a new website, powered by Drupal! This new site will make our video on demand offerings more accessible, easily searchable, with the ability to link back to specific videos and fullscreen videos during playback.
How can I find a video?
There are a couple of ways to access content on MCTV’s new site. New videos are featured in the center of the homepage, so if the video you’re looking for is relatively recent, you’ll see it in that list. On the left sidebar, you’ll see a tag cloud with some of the most commonly used tags. Looking for a school board meeting? Just click “School Board” in the tag cloud for a full list of school board meetings! Finally, the search bar can help you find videos. Start with a general search term like “selectboard” and narrow it down if necessary to get the result you want.
How can I find a video from 2008-2011?
All of MCTV’s videos from 2008-2011 will be available again soon. Some videos from January 2012 are also in the archive that will be available soon. All videos from 24 January 2012 on are available on the new website.
I’m having trouble playing back a video. What do I do?
MCTV’s video on demand works in most browsers and operating systems, but if you’re having trouble please check that you have the most recent version of your browser installed. If that doesn’t fix the problem, let us know what browser and operating system you’re using, so we can troubleshoot the problem. You can reach us at info@middleburycommunitytv.org or 388-3062.
